a very useful textbook for mAbs knowledge

I found this book is very useful and detailed to a beginner of producing mAbs like me. It covered some immunology and medicine knowledge made it not only a lab manual but more like a reference book authough it contained some preparation protocols. The only disadvantage I found is that there is not too much pictures and most the time are full text. It may be not interesting to someone who expects a colourful pictures and easy to follow procedures lab manual.
